Attensity Names Beth Beld Chief Marketing OfficerMay 21, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Attensity, a provider of customer analytics and engagement solutions, announced that Beth Beld has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. "This is a real turning point for Attensity, and for the field of enterprise corporate intelligence in general," said Kirsten Bay, CEO of Attensity. "I am very excited about the breadth and depth of experience in defining white space opportunity, specifically in real-time information and data flow that Beth brings to the table." According to a release, Beld is an accomplished thought leader in the enterprise software space with significant enterprise experience spanning global marketing, product management, innovation, and portfolio growth. During the past 6 years, Beld was responsible at SAP for Customer Innovation Marketing, Market Portfolio Strategy and new market creation. Most recently, Beld defined the market for SAP StreamWork, a Social Business solution focused on collaborative decision making in the enterprise. In 2012, Beld received the Marketing SAP Best Practice Awards for SAP Fast Facts and the Global Consumer Ambassador Program. In 2011, she was presented with the SAP Customer Innovation Award for her work with the United Nations, ESPN, Puma, Lego, and Lenovo. She has driven new market categories working with key influencers and analysts to define disruptive concepts around high performance workplaces and cloud solutions. Beld grew the Enterprise Performance Management division's market perception from #6 to #2 player and obtained the Leadership Quadrant within 12 months. She engaged EPM in strategic relationships with IBM, Accenture and Protiviti inside of 8 months. Beld also holds a patent from SAP on Systems and Methods for Accessing Software via User Intent Modeling. This patent was developed around the concepts of the future of work in the enterprise that combines enterprise content and corporate intelligence with everyday user intent language.
