AiNET CEO Jain Selected as Finalist for Tech Innovation AwardMay 21, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- AiNET, a provider of data centers, cloud services and fiber networks, announced that its CEO, Deepak Jain, is a finalist for a SmartCEO Voltage award. According to a release, Jain was nominated for the award because he is a Washington area CEO who has created and implemented significant technology innovations. AiNET has numerous patents and pending patents in the areas of high efficiency data center power, reliability green energy and cooling. SmartCEO's Voltage award winners will be announced on May 30, at a National Press Club event. Award judges were selected from its executive readership of 45,000. Winners and finalists will be profiled in the May 2013 issue of SmartCEO magazine. Jain has built AiNET into a data center powerhouse over the past two decades. Many of the developments he has created are now data industry standards including: -Data Center Reliability: AiNET owns and operates a Certified TIA-942 Tier IV data centers - the highest level of data center reliability and maintainability. -Fiber Network: AiNET is building a 10,000 fiber mile network underneath Washington, DC that will provide expanded capabilities for all of its clients such as protected high speed communications, off-site data backup, high speed desktop virtualization (VDI) and data center consolidation. -Storage Area Network: AiNET built a high performance storage area network using its data center and fiber network platform. This network allows the storage and processing of petabytes of data in real time - all while meeting FIPS-199 security requirements.
