Session Description: This interactive session introduces a highly effective confrontation model that enriches relationships while effectively addressing attitudinal, behavioral, or performance issues with a colleague, a team, or a challenging customer. Participants will learn to confront tough issues with increased confidence and skill, and will practice the model during the session.


Session #2: Fierce "Accountability" (T22EXD)
When: Tuesday, May 21st - 1:45 to 3:00PM (CDT)
Where: Dallas Convention Center - Room C 142

Session Description: This session will explore what happens when organizations fall into a culture where accountability is lacking and employees prefer victim bonding over risk taking. Attendees will begin by looking at their own opportunities to step into accountability and end by learning how to coach someone into an accountable mindset.
