Aduro Announces Poster Presentations of Phase 2 Pancreatic Cancer and Phase 1B Mesothelioma Clinical Trials at ASCO


BERKELEY, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

Aduro BioTech, Inc. announces two poster presentations at the upcoming American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) annual meeting in Chicago. Dr. Raffit Hassan, Head of the Solid Tumor Immunotherapy Section at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology at the National Cancer Institute, will present data from Aduro's Phase 1B clinical trial in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT01675765). Dr. Dung Le, Assistant Professor of Oncology at the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, will present results from the safety and efficacy analysis of Aduro's Phase 2 clinical trial in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT01417000).

Dr. Hassan, Lead Investigator of the Phase 1B study, will present the poster, "CRS-207 vaccine plus chemotherapy as front-line treatment for subjects with malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM)," (abstract TPS7607) on Saturday, June 1, 2013, from 8:00 am to 11:45 am in South Hall A2.

Dr. Le, Lead Investigator of the randomized, controlled Phase 2 study, will present the poster, "Interim safety and efficacy analysis of a Phase 2, randomized study of GVAX pancreas and CRS-207 immunotherapy in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer," (abstract 4040) on Sunday, June 2, 2013, from 8:00 am to 11:45 am in South Hall A2.
