Lobbyit.com Partners with Salsa Labs

May 20, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Lobbyit.com, a lobbying firm, and Salsa Labs, Inc. an online organizing company, community and platform for nonprofits, announced a new partnership that will enable Lobbyit.com to offer its clients a technology solution designed to make their advocacy efforts easier, broader and more impactful.

According to a release, Lobbyit.com will roll out its new Tier 4 service option to give nonprofits, associations, municipalities and businesses a nimble alternative to the larger and less efficient lobbying firms on the market. The Tier 4 solution combines the expertise of one of the top DC lobbying firms with the technology of Salsa's online advocacy platform. The resulting offering will allow Lobbyit's clients to make an impact on the issues they care about most.

Tier 4 service options will contain a grassroots component, 50 state legislative tracking, an advocacy web hub to design and send online letters to elected officials - through email or directly into their website forms and more. The new service tier also includes the company's current suite of lobbying services that have proven popular to an ever-increasing number of organizations nationally.

"By partnering with Salsa, we are able to provide our clients with the most distinctive offering currently available in the lobbying and government relations industry," said Lobbyit.com President Paul Kanitra. "Tier 4 gives Lobbyit.com clients the ability to completely outsource their entire Government Relations operation effectively and affordably." Kanitra said Lobbyit.com's inclusive service plans were designed for clients looking to not only affect change at the Federal level, but to develop a broad, national advocacy presence across the country. By including these supplementary services, Tier 4 provides clients with additional avenues of approach to lawmakers and helps clients build a nationwide grassroots effort to create widespread support, which enhances a client's advocacy position.

"Because we believe in fairness and equality for all, Salsa supports Lobbyit.com's mission to democratize access to elected officials and give voice through solutions to those who have gone unheard in the past. With Salsa's online advocacy technology, Lobbyit.com will now be able to mobilize its clients' supporters quickly all from the same online platform, enabling a more effective push for positive change," said Christine Schaefer, vice president community and marketing, Salsa.

Lobbyit.com noted that its new Tier 4 offering provides its basic lobbying services, plus: -The constructing, hosting and maintenance of a personally tailored online "Advocacy Hub" (made possible through Salsa) for any organization to fully leverage employees, membership and supporters across the country.

-Advice on how to activate nation-wide networks of citizens/employees/members and how to leverage their support -Drafting of appropriate membership/employee letters and call scripts -An annual "Day on the Hill" -Facilitation of District visits by lawmakers and their staffs -Full 50 state legislative tracking and reporting More information: www.Lobbyit.com www.salsalabs.com ((Comments on this story may be sent to [email protected]))
