[May 19, 2013] US State Department and start-up biNu link Tweet May 19, 2013 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian technology company biNu is working with the US Department of State. biNu develops applications for low-end mobile telephones for slower networks in developing countries. In a public-private partnership with biNu, the US Department of State will release a free application to teach American English as part of its soft diplomacy. biNu has not charged a fee, but will benefit by building an audience to which it can offer other services.
