The Fraunhofer Society is looking for a software that fulfills the following requirements - OCR and digitizing of decentralized scanned vendor invoices (TIFF-bzw. PDF format); : - Document type classification; : - Recognition data from invoices that are submitted either electronically via e-mail as a PDF or scanned images (TIFF or PDF); : - Recognition of foreign language data calculations; : - Recognition data from multi-page invoices; : - Verification functions - Verification of work; : - Formal balance (legal requirements, § 14 UStG); : - Check against data (suppliers, ordering procedures, contracts, ...) of the ERP system SIGMA; : - Based database (Oracle 11g or MS SQL 2008/2012); : - Possibility of integration / interface with existing systems via web service, database queries, or APIs - SIGMA ERP system, in-house development based on Oracle (database version 11g and 11g FORMS); : - Adobe LiveCycle ES workflow system 4; : - Open interfaces
