Valuation Research Group Named Valuation Firm of the YearNEW YORK --(Business Wire)-- For the second consecutive year, Valuation Research Group (VRG) was named the Valuation Firm of the Year by merger industry professionals. VRG accepted the International M&A Advisor Award on May 13th at the 5th Annual Awards Gala held in conjunction with the Annual Cross Border M&A Summit in New York. VRG was the only valuation firm honored. The International M&A Advisor Awards recognize the leading firms, deal teams and deal-makers whose activities set the standard for cross-border transactions. This year, nominations representing over 800 companies were submitted for the awards.
