[May 17, 2013] Genpact expands services delivery operations in Netherlands Tweet May 17, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Genpact Limited, a provider of business process and technology management services, has expanded its services delivery operations in Netherlands. According to Genpact, pharmaceutical major Merck, which operates a subsidiary called MSD, has outsourced its information centre services to Genpact. Information centre services include document processing for the pharma major. For this, Genpact has set up a new team in Wormer that will support services for MSD in the Netherlands and other markets. Similarly, it has bagged another deal from Achmea to maintain and upgrade business intelligence software for the competency centre. Companies use business intelligence software to report, document and make decisions for their businesses. For technology services, Genpact has consolidated its services centre in Wormer by merging the former Accounting Plaza ERP Services unit with its SAP consulting team in Rotterdam.
