Both the companies are based in the US. The combined company will operate under the name United Network. Announcement (May 7, 2013): United Network has agreed to acquire Airband Communications. Earlier, Airband had secured investment from ABRY Partners, LLC, Ignition Partners, Key Venture Partners, M/C Venture Partners, Trilogy Equity Partners, Dolphin Equity Partners, L.P., Driehaus Capital Management LLC and Crescendo Venture Management, LLP.
