Greenberg Traurig LLP Named One of America's Best Corporate Law Firms

The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has been named one of America's Best Corporate Law Firms by Corporate Board Member, an NYSE Euronext company, and global business advisory firm FTI Consulting, Inc. in their annual survey of directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies. The award will be presented today as part of Corporate Board Member's 6^th Annual Legal Recognition Dinner, at the Grand Hyatt in New York.

"This honor is particularly meaningful to us since it derives from the votes of a highly sophisticated and informed electorate - general counsel of public companies. These are the people who are tasked with and most invested in making practical and informed choices with respect to legal representation of the largest corporations in the United States and abroad, and who are measured by the choices they make," said Richard A. Rosenbaum, Chief Executive Officer.

Each year, Corporate Board Member and FTI Consulting team up to conduct research to reveal those firms directors and GCs believe to be the most respected legal counsel nationwide. This year, Greenberg Traurig is included on the 2013 Top 25 National Law Firm General Counsel's Rankings list.
