(Milan: AGL IM) announces that it has chosen Borsa Italiana S.p.A.'s electronic stock market (Mercato Telematico Azionario) for the listing of the shares of World Duty Free S.p.A., the beneficiary company of the proportional partial demerger of its Travel Retail & Duty Free business.
