ADTRAN's Total Access broadband platform selected by Marne Elk Horn Telephone to deliver Fibre-To-The-Home in Southern IowaMay 14, 2013 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Provider of networking and communications equipment ADTRAN Inc (Nasdaq:ADTN), a provider of next-generation networking solutions, announced on Monday that Marne Elk Horn Telephone, a provider of services in Southwest Iowa, is using ADTRAN's Total Access broadband platform to underpin a network-wide upgrade of its last mile service offerings for local schools, residential subscribers and business customers in Southern Iowa. Financial details of this deployment by Marne Elk Horn Telephone were not available. ADTRAN said that with the extensive bandwidth provided by its Total Access 5000, Marne Elk Horn is delivering Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) services capable of supporting a range of in-demand services such as IPTV, high-speed internet and high-definition video.
