Singapore : SINGTEL rolls out 4G mobile broadband service [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SingTel, Singapore s telecom operator has announced that it has introduced 4G mobile broadband service in country to deliver speeds of up to 150Mbps. SingTel is providing new Mobile Broadband 150 price plan at $59.90/month for 5GB data plan. Mobile Broadband 150 will be delivered together with a mobile WiFi modem beginning 11 May and a USB dongle modem beginning 18 May. These speeds are offered at outdoor sites nationwide, in addition to indoor sites like Jurong Point, Raffles City, Tampines Mall, Bishan Junction 8, Bugis Junction and Changi Airport. SingTel is gradually installing Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology in commercial buildings to enhance maximum user download speeds from 75Mbps to 150Mbps. Over 300,000 clients have signed up for its 4G service since its launch in last June and hopes that the majority of its mobile clients will be 4G users by 2015, said the operator.
