Taqua's Payam Maveddat and John Hoadley to Speak at 2013 CTIA ConventionRICHARDSON, Texas --(Business Wire)-- Taqua (News - Alert)®, LLC, a leading supplier of next-generation wireless and wireline switching systems and applications, announced today that Payam Maveddat, EVP of Product Management and John Hoadley, Wireless CTO, will be speaking at the 2013 CTIA Convention May 21-23 at the Sands Expo and Convention Hall in Las Vegas, NV. Maveddat will participate in the CDG Forum: CDMA-LTE (News - Alert) Interworking seminar on day one of the convention in the "Enabling Seamless CDMA2000-LTE Roaming" panel. The seminar aims to provide CDMA2000 carriers with an overview of key issues and operator guidelines to ensure a seamless transition into LTE deployment. The following day, Maveddat is to join a distinguished panel of expert speakers at the Tower and Small Cell Summit's, "The Network Impact of Small Cells" seminar. This seminar will examine the challenges and potential solutions for pioneering efficient small cell deployments, developing all-encompassing Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets) and potential synchronization issues. At the small cell seminar, Maveddat is looking forward to providing innovative and economical solutions in the HetNet arena.
