[May 13, 2013] ABP to Spend GBP1bn in London Tweet BEIJING, May 13, 2013 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- ABP planned to develop a "China Town" worth GBP 1 billion at London Royal Docks, which will be finalized soon and one of the largest investment projects by a Chinese company in the UK. ABP hoped later this month to promise to build an integrated office building near the docks, marking the shift of the east London from a large port to an international business center.
