CEA Names 15 Industry Leaders to be Inducted into The 2013 CE Hall Of FameARLINGTON, Va. --(Business Wire)-- The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® today announced the 2013 class of inductees into the Consumer Electronics (CE) Hall of Fame. The CE Hall of Fame, created in 2000, honors visionaries in the consumer technology industry who advance innovation and build a strong foundation for others to follow. "I am inspired by the contributions that this group of leaders has made to our industry," said CEA President and CEO Gary Shapiro. The 15 new honorees will be inducted into the CE Hall of Fame during CEA's Industry Forum, to be held in Los Angeles, October 20-23, 2013. During the event, CEA will host an awards dinner to honor the new class on Tuesday, October 22, at the Century Plaza Hyatt Regency.
