Gaines is the latest addition to the Americas sales leadership team, which Mitel continues to grow under Joe Vitalone, executive vice president of sales for the Americas. A seasoned executive sales leader, Gaines has held senior management positions at several companies including ShoreTel, where for the last six years he was the Western regional vice president of sales and most recently the vice president of sales North America.
