Mformation and Partners Explore Proactive Mobile Customer Care in TM Forum Catalyst Project

This Proactive Care Technical Catalyst, to be showcased at TM Forum's (News - Alert) Management World 2013 event, demonstrates how to monitor, detect and interpret technical device, data and network experience issues and drive both effective issue resolution and smart cross/up-sell across channels.

The Proactive Care Technical Catalyst will be shown in The Hub - on the 3rd floor of the Acropolis in Agora 3 near the escalators.
