The company said the workers are needed to handle an increase in business for a satellite TV company. Convergys is aiming to fill full- and part-time positions in both customer service and sales. "Potential employees must have exemplary customer service skills, computer literacy, and some sales experience," said Wendy Matchett, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Chattanooga. Interested candidates can attend the career fair on Wednesday, May 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Convergys office at 5600 Brainerd Road, Unit 3, in Chattanooga. They can visit the Convergys website at careers.convergys.com to apply online prior to attending the job fair, officials said.
