[April 23, 2013] BRIEF: Hindu statesman visiting valley councils Tweet Apr 23, 2013 (The Modesto Bee - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- NORTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY -- A Hindu leader is visiting Northern San Joaquin Valley city councils, offering invocations from that faith for the first time. Rajan Zed of Reno said he offered the invocation at last week's Waterford City Council meeting and planned to do the same Monday night in Hughson.
