TRADING PLACES: Who's changing jobs in corporate Scotland [Herald, The (Scotland)](Herald, The (Scotland) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Inoapps eyeing growth ABERDEEN-based Inoapps, a leading supplier of Oracle software and systems support, has boosted its management team with two high- level appointments. Brian Docherty has been named as the company's chief operating officer, moving from the role of managing director for infrastructure services, while Andrew Norris has joined Inoapps in the post of vice-president for engineered systems. The company, which has a network of 1500 Oracle specialists, has made the appointments in response to a period of sustained growth. Founder and chief executive officer Andy Bird said the company predicts that turnover will reach pound(s)50 million by 2015. Turcan boosts risk control TURCAN Connell Asset Management has strengthened its internal risk control team, with the appointment of analytics expert Tom Pitchforth as quantitative research manager. Mr Pitchforth was formerly lead engineer at Edinburgh-based Selex Galileo, where he worked extensively in algorithm design and management. At Turcan, he will lead a team of performance and risk managers across the firm's portfolios. Turcan's chief investment officer Haig Bathgate said: "Tom's defence industry background and engineering training are well suited to the investment industry, and his in-depth knowledge of risk will be hugely beneficial to our clients." Accreditation boost MORTON Fraser has announced that Jamie Kerr has been accredited as a specialist in immigration law by the Law Society of Scotland. At 29, Mr Kerr is understood to be one of the youngest accredited specialists in any field and only the third solicitor in Scotland to be accredited in immigration law. Chris Harte, chief executive of Morton Fraser, said: "I am delighted that the Law Society has recognised the skills and expertise that Jamie has in such a complex and fast moving field of practice. "His accreditation demonstrates the breadth of services Morton Fraser are able to offer our clients and having one of the country's youngest accredited specialists is a real testament to the talent that Morton Fraser has at all levels within the firm." Appointments at Aquaterra AQUATERRA, the Aberdeen-based provider of offshore engineering solutions, has recruited two senior personnel. Tomislav Pavosevic has been appointed lead structural engineer, having held the same position with DNV. Reporting to general manager Eric Doyle, he will take responsibility for leading all structural engineering projects. Stuart McIntosh brings over 20 years' oil and gas sector experience to the role of sales manager. Mr McIntosh was latterly UK operators supervisor and UK sales manager for NOV FluidControl. More at Amor AMOR Energy, the Aberdeen-based division of business solutions firm Amor Group, has made four new appointments. Jennie Morrison, Simon James and Thomas Cassidy join Amor from oil and gas operators as information management consultants, while Rogan Milne has been recruited from an energy consultancy as an information management business analyst. Between them, the new hires bring some 65 years of oil and gas experience to the company. The arrivals take Amor Energy's headcount to more than 280, with more than 200 based in Aberdeen. Gentoo gets streetwise GENTOO Group has appointed a business development manager for Streetwise, a web-based application that allows frontline staff to monitor and track anti-social behaviour (ASB). Bryan Healy is a former adviser on ASB at Glasgow Housing Association who served Strathclyde Police for five years. His appointment strengthens Gentoo's position in Glasgow and the surrounding areas. Mr Healy said: "Streetwise is a flexible system that will support other housing associations to manage ASB and pinpoint where help and support is most needed." Gentoo is a not-for-profit organisation that invests in people, communities and the environment on the back of its commercial activities.
