The Pennsylvania Family Career and Community Leaders of America's 67th annual State Leadership Conference was held March 13-15 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Somerset County. BCTC students in the culinary arts and occupational child development programs competed against students from across Pennsylvania in events focused on leadership and job-related skills.
