The Galaxy S4, which made its first appearance in New York City around three weeks ago, will be brought into the local market at a Samsung-hosted media event on April 18 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. Wireless carriers CSL and SmarTone Telecommunications have separately announced that they will offer the new Samsung device. The city's other mobile network operators, including Three Hong Kong, China Mobile's Hong Kong arm and PCCW-HKT (earlier called PCCW Mobile) are also expected to sell the new Galaxy S4.
