Relatively Low Current Ratio Detected in Shares of Daqo New Energy in the Semiconductor Equipment Industry (DQ, WFR, TRT, AMKR, AEHR)


Apr 05, 2013 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Below are the three companies in the Semiconductor Equipment industry with the lowest current ratios. Current ratio is useful to get an idea of how quickly a company can repay its short-term liabilities with its short-term assets. The higher the current ratio, the more capable the company is of paying its obligations.Daqo New Energy ranks lowest with a a current ratio of 0.5. Following is MEMC Electronic Materials with a a current ratio of 1.3. Trio Tech International ranks third lowest with a a current ratio of 1.5.

Amkor Technology follows with a a current ratio of 1.7, and Aehr Test Systems rounds out the bottom five with a a current ratio of 2.0.
