Revolution Analytics announces new additions to executive teamApr 02, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Revolution Analytics, a provider of software, services and support for the open source R project, has announced new additions to the company's executive team both in the US and internationally. The company has appointed Michele Chambers as the new chief strategy officer, Greg Todd as the new chief technology officer, Greg Fuller as the new vice president, partners and channels, Neera Talbert as the new vice president, professional services, John Bardong as the new vice president, sales, Neil Miller as the new managing director, international, and Mark Bruno as the new vice president, business operations. Michele Chambers brings more than 25 years of industry experience to her new role as Chief Strategy Officer & VP Product Management, Michele Chambers is responsible for corporate strategy, product management and product marketing at Revolution Analytics. She joined the company from IBM where she served as GM & VP Big Data Analytics and led the team responsible for working with customers to fully exploit the IBM Big Data platform, including the IBM PureData System for Analytics appliance. As CTO, Greg Todd provides strategy, guidance and methods to engage clients with information management solutions powered by analytics. Greg has been a technical architect for more than 20 years, most recently completing a 15 year run at Accenture where he was a Managing Director in their Digital Data & Analytics practice. Greg Fuller leads the alliance strategy and business partner efforts for Revolution Analytics. Greg brings more than 20 years in the IT industry to Revolution Analytics. Before joining the company, Greg served as Global Alliance Director at SAS on its efforts with Accenture. Prior to that, Greg served in a variety of senior sales roles at Roundarch Consulting, Oracle, CSC, Chordiant and Customer Analytics. Neera Talbert leads the training and consulting teams at Revolution Analytics. She joined the company from SAS where she served as Director of Consulting Services. Prior to that, Neera was with SAIC and CSC supporting NASA's manned flight information technology programs. She brings more than 15 years of proven success in the business analytics software industry, as well as 10 years in management consulting and IT professional services. John Bardong brings more than 25 years of experience and success in team and customer relationship building, pipeline/sales generation and execution of global sales opportunities in the ERP, data integration, and financial services applications. He comes to Revolution Analytics from Talend where he was VP of North American sales. Neil Miller is responsible for Revolution Analytics' business and growth outside the Americas and is based in the UK. Neil joined the company after 14 years at Accenture where he led the Customer Insight and Marketing Transformation practices in Europe, and the CRM and Analytics practices in the UK and Ireland. Mark Bruno joins Revolution Analytics after 15 years with Accenture, most recently as the global Commercial Director of Accenture Analytics.
