Google Babble To Contain All of Google's Communication Services

Mar 26, 2013 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Google, for a long time has been offering different communication services that include the Google Talk, Hangout, Chat for Drive collaboration, Voice as well Messenger service. However, though how many these services may seem to be they are most likely incompatible with each other.

With this communication problem going on, Google had come up to with a platform solution to single-file all these communication services to one. The Google Babble is said to be the company's solution to their communication services dilemma and is slated to compete with iPhone's iMessage and Blackberry Messenger.

According to Geek.com, the Google Babble was created from scratch ensuring that no compatibility issues occurred. With Google Babble, users will be given the capacity to share photos during live chats just as what they would do with G+ Messenger and create a Google+ Hangout to allow the user to add anyone in their contacts. All of these features are threaded on all of its existing services. Moreover, users will expect that a chat window with similar features is likely to happen.

For over the years, Google's chat service has been paved by an open chat platform called XMPP. This platform has been offering Google with flexible and scalable communication service for many years now. Google's decision to create their own closed communication platform had led to blocking a non-native XMPP requests. For users to efficiently take advantage of Google Babble, users will have to use the communication platform the way the company mogul will require you to use it. This idea might not make the users of the platform happy at first. But in the long run, the kind of service and the platform's performance will soon outweigh the cons of Google Babble.

Also included in the report made by Geek.com of which they also derived from numerous sources, the Google Babble won't be open to other services like Skype and AOL's AIM. The communication service however, is said to work well with an Android application and Chrome OS.
