The company has appointed Tim Pillow as senior vice president of global sales and marketing and Dennis Henderson as vice president of operations. With over 25 years in the industry, Pillow joins MRV from OFS Fitel LLC where he spent three years as the senior vice president of global sales and marketing. Prior to OFS, Pillow held senior sales, marketing and general management roles at Nortel Networks, Lucent and Westell Technologies. Henderson comes to MRV from ARRIS Solutions where he served as senior director of global operations and led the company's procurement, supplier management, new process introduction and test and quality engineering activities. Prior to ARRIS Solutions, Henderson served as senior director of global supply chain with BigBand Networks.
