[March 15, 2013] Vitesse elects Matthew Frey and Kenneth Traub to its board as directors Tweet Mar 15, 2013 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation (Nasdaq:VTSS), a provider of advanced IC solutions for networks, disclosed on Thursday the election of Matthew Frey and Kenneth H Traub as first term directors to its board, along with the re-election of five existing members of the board, at its annual stockholders' meeting held on 7 March 2013. The company announced that Chris Gardner, Steve Hanson, Jay Hugar, Scot Jarvis and Ed Rogas Jr, were re-elected, while G William LaRosa and G Grant Lyon did not stand for re-election. The number of directors on the board remains at seven. Frey is currently the CEO of Optimum Energy LLC, a cloud-based SaaS provider of energy management applications. Traub is the president and CEO of Ethos Management LLC that specialises in investing in and advising undervalued companies. Traub also serves on the board of directors of MRV Communications Inc (OTCQB:MRVC), iPass Inc (Nasdaq:IPAS); DSP Group Inc (Nasdaq:DSPG); and Athersys Inc (Nasdaq:ATHX), as well as being chairman of the board of privately-held Omnego Inc.
