Broadview Networks Taps Mario DeRiggi as EVPMar 12, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Broadview Networks, a provider of hosted voice, data, and cloud computing solutions, announced that Mario DeRiggi is joining the company as Executive Vice President. According to a release, DeRiggi will report to Brian Crotty, Broadview's Chief Operating Officer, and will be responsible for leading the company's revenue initiatives including the direct, traditional agent, and wholesale channels. "We are very excited to have Mario join the team," said Broadview Networks' President and Chief Executive Officer, Michael K. Robinson. "Mario is a proven sales leader with extensive experience driving profitable revenue growth. He understands the value and importance of strong relationships with our customers and trading partners. It is a great opportunity to unify the leadership of most of our distribution channels." Prior to joining Broadview Networks, the company noted, DeRiggi served as Executive Vice President of National Sales and Service at PAETEC Communications for over 12 years. At PAETEC, DeRiggi was a key member of the executive team that built PAETEC into the $2B telecommunications carrier that was later acquired by Windstream Communications. Prior to PAETEC, DeRiggi held sales leadership roles with various telecommunications providers including Cablevision Lightpath and AT&T.
