Firespotter Labs: NoshList Launches for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android

Mar 04, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Firespotter Labs has announced that its waitlist app for iPad, NoshList, has been successfully launched for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android.

According to a release, the addition of this mobile functionality to the original iPad app gives restaurant operators the flexibility to use other iOS or Android when preparing to seat restaurant diners. The mobile app also removes the barrier of needing an iPad to use the solution by offering the NoshList platform on multiple devices.

"The release of the NoshList iPhone, iPod Touch and Android apps, in addition to our existing iPad app, makes it even easier for a restaurant to run an organized, efficient and measurable waitlist that also provides valuable guest and operational analytics," said Craig Walker, CEO and co-founder of Firespotter Labs.

A fully featured restaurant waitlist and guest-management solution, the company said, NoshList notifies diners via unlimited free text messaging and automated phone call alerts that their tables are ready, replacing paper lists, microphones and alert buzzers.

NoshList is in use in more than 2,250 restaurants nationwide. Clients include Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Buffalo Wild Wings, Miller's Ale House and many other national and regional brands.

"Our goal is to make NoshList a simple and clean experience for the restaurant operator, while improving the waiting experience for restaurant patrons. Judging by our numbers, we're exceeding these goals," Walker said.
