HARTFORD, Wis. --(Business Wire)--

API Healthcare, the leader in healthcare-specific workforce management technology, today announced it has appointed accomplished and award-winning marketing veteran Daryl Joslin as its chief marketing officer to help manage the next phase for the rapidly growing company.

In this newly created position, Joslin will develop and oversee the marketing strategy that will drive and support significant revenue growth goals for the company, including development of go-to-market strategies for the launch of its next generation solutions. She will also have a significant role in driving the company's global expansion strategy.

Joslin will report directly to J.P. Fingado, API Healthcare president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining API Healthcare, Joslin served as acting vice president of marketing for Defran Systems, a leading EHR provider for the behavioral healthcare industry. Simultaneously, she was the acting vice president of marketing for NCR Silver, a cloud-based point-of-sale technology solution for small business. Leading the marketing practice for Leap the Pond, a technology consulting group, she provided integrated marketing expansion counsel to clients such as Disney (News - Alert), RedPrairie and Radiant Systems.

Joslin's accomplished experience with leading global marketing includes tenure with Concur Technologies, Vivendi (News - Alert)-Universal, CEIVA and WhitePages.com, Inc. She started her career in consumer products with Procter & Gamble where she spent more than a decade in the sales and marketing of consumer healthcare products.

Throughout her career, Joslin's work has been recognized with a number of industry awards including "Technology Product of the Year," "Top 50 Overall Internet Properties" and "The Fast 50" awards, in an unprecedented sweep in 2006. She was also awarded the "Congressional Community Relations Award" in 1992.

Joslin earned her BA at the College of William and Mary.
