7 boys' basketball substate finals postponedFeb 26, 2013 (The Gazette - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Here is the latest list from the Iowa High School Athletic Association. Only one game still on the docket: Sioux City North-Sioux City East at Sioux City West. The Iowa City West-Cedar Rapids Jefferson substate at Cedar Rapids Prairie wasn't postponed until roughly three hours before the 7 p.m. tipoff.
