Stonehenge-Telecom acquires Supranetcom

Feb 26, 2013 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Stonehenge-Telecom Holdings, Inc. has acquired anetcom, a France-based Software as a Service (SaaS) development company engaged in the design of service delivery platforms specifically tailored for the telecom value added services (VAS) market, in a cash and stock transaction.

Stonehenge is a US-based provider of telecommunication services and products.

Announcement (May 14, 2012): Stonehenge has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Supranetcom.


Concurrently, Stonehenge has also agreed to acquire Annecto Telecom, Ltd., a UK-based carrier grade wholesale provider.
