The solution provides clients with a single dashboard for real-time situational intelligence utilizing on the scene visual data from mobile applications, real-time weather alerts and content gathered from social media sites like Twitter (News - Alert) to improve insight into key events. Additionally, the company combined its multi-patented notification and GIS products into a single solution, Everbridge Mass Notification consolidating data management, and improving workflows.

In the fourth quarter, Everbridge acquired more than 50 new clients including Equifax and Chicago Department of Aviation (Chicago O'Hare airport). New customer wins came from a diverse set of industries including transportation, healthcare, state and local government, and Global 2000 corporations. In addition to its success with new client wins, the company renewed over 110 existing contracts, many with strong revenue growth.

International expansion was a top priority for Everbridge in 2012 and the company supported this key business initiative with the acquisition of engineering services firm Hypersun Group LTD and the opening of the it's EMEA headquarters in London. The acquisition of Hypersun Group Ltd. strengthens Everbridge's competitive advantage by augmenting the company's R&D resources to support an aggressive product innovation roadmap.
