The development and implementation of the computer-aided management and accounting system at the largest automobile enterprise of the Russian Federation includes a number of projects realized on the basis of up-to-date software products of the system 1C:Enterprise (1C:Manufacturing Enterprise Management, 1C:Consolidation, 1C:Vehicle and Fleet Management, etc.). The system embraces the whole business process: from pre-contract preparations and ordering to fulfillment of an order and calculation of bonuses for dealers. It helps to solve difficult problems of mutual settlement of accounts, including leasing, commission, combined schemes, etc. There is a cloud-based system of service and warranty management for all dealers. Special-purpose vehicle maintenance management. The system controls maintenance of military equipment on the whole territory of the Russian Federation. 57 automobile service centers work in the system online. Accounting and tax bookkeeping, financial reporting according to international standards.
