Background: Lorient urban services will move to a new headquarters in Q1 2014. The new building will have a telephone system converge IP and related applications. The new phone system for: The new building approximately 300 to 350 IP phones; site of audelor approximately 35 IP phones; site aet of about 35 IP phones and Technellys between 20 and 30 IP phones; Existing potentially other sites, existing systems, a brief description is presented below: A network of ten Alcatel 4400 PBX connected fiber, optical and shared with the city of Lorient. Two PBX. Are dedicated to the town and a shared property of the city, hosting the audelor, a fleet of approximately 400 telephones (two thirds Ip) A helpline provided by the city of Lorient for both communities. In the future building will Lorient Agglomeration its own host server service shared fax, voicemail service Alcatel shared; Platform Administration with shared taxation Alcatel 4760, A Shared Microsoft Exchange email, a fiber infrastructure (Ffto) until taking the job by micro-switches with POE in the new building The connections (fixed, mobile and ADSL) with the operator SFR (optional connection Sip) A fleet of mobile including about 35 smartphones Blackberry (possible changes to other platforms: Android and iOS on smartphones and tablets), a virtualization strategy Vmware Vsphere 5.1, a Microsoft Active Directory, AMO A current for the deployment of a meta-directory.
