TDC: Bookbuilt Offering of TDC Shares(OMX (English) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Today, UBS Limited has announced that certain shareholders of NTC Parent S.à r.l. (“NTC”) have agreed to sell approximately 80 million shares in TDC, corresponding to approximately 10% of TDC’s share capital (exclusive of treasury shares), in an accelerated bookbuilt offering.
