More than two-thirds of the company's business was derived from the best-funded federal markets in 2012, and for DRC the pace of bidding on new business jumped 60 percent over the previous year. For 2013 the company's entire organization has been realigned to capitalize on its outstanding market positioning and anticipated opportunities.
