Ball State University Exemplifies Healthy Workplace Best Practices with Ceridian LifeWorksMINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)-- Ceridian Corporation, a global provider of human capital management solutions announces Ball State, the historical research university in Indiana, has been honored with a Gold Fit-Friendly Worksite award from the American Heart Association. The Fit-Friendly Worksite award recognizes employers who champion employee health and strive to create a culture of physical activity and wellness in the workplace. In addition, more than 3,000 university employees are able to access Ceridian's LifeWorks.com -- the information-rich website with tools and resources on everything from managing stress and dealing with depression and anxiety, to establishing healthy eating habits, financial management and parenting concerns. Through LifeWorks, Ball State employees have Health Coaching - a program that provides high-risk employees with access o comprehensive health assessments and personalized guidance programs aimed at encouraging positive behavioral changes.
