Feb 05, 2013 (SmarTrend(R) Upgrades/Downgrades via COMTEX) -- Ocwen Financial (NYSE:OCN) was upgraded from Neutral to Buy at Sidoti today. The stock closed yesterday at $39.31 on volume of 1.4 million shares, below average daily volume of 1.8 million. Ocwen Financial Corporation is diversified financial services holding company. The Company's primary businesses are the acquisition, servicing and resolution of sub-performing and nonperforming residential and commercial mortgage loans, as well as the related development of loan servicing technology and business-to business e-commerce solutions for the mortgage and real estate industries.

Potential upside of 11.9% exists for Ocwen Financial, based on a current level of $39.31 and analysts' average consensus price target of $44.00. The stock should discover initial support at its 50-day moving average (MA) of $36.07 and subsequent support at its 200-day MA of $26.72.

Over the past year, Ocwen Financial has traded in a range of $14.40 to $40.23 and closed yesterday at $39.31, 173% above that low. In the last five trading sessions, the 50-day moving average (MA) has climbed 0.8% while the 200-day MA has risen 1.4%.
