New electronics recycling rules in effect in York County

YORK, Pa., Jan 24, 2013 (York Daily Record - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Pennsylvania's new Covered Device Recycling Act goes into effect today, and that means changes for York County residents to how and when they can dispose of unwanted electronics.

Those devices must be taken to one of 11 recycling yards across the county, at designated times.
