BRIEF: New Hampshire-based Dyn taps former Carbonite exec as CFO [Boston Herald]
(Boston Herald (MA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Jan. 10--Internet infrastructure as a service company Dyn said it has hired former Carbonite executive Andrew P. Keenan as its chief financial officer.
Keenan most recently served as CFO of Carbonite, a Hub-based online backup software company he joined in 2007. In August 2011, Keenan was fundamental in helping the company complete their initial public offering in difficult market conditions, officials said.
"I had a great run at Carbonite, so when I decided to make a change I was very selective," Keenan said in a statement. "I wanted a fast-growth and dynamic company poised to continue to build on prior success; a large growing market with a great business model and 'stickyu' products, and a team of talented and passionate people who enjoy working together. I found that in Dyn."
Prior to joining Carbonite, Keenan was the CFO of Vovici, an online survey management and enterprise feedback solutions firm, and Silver Oak Solutions.
Incorporated in 2001, Dyn is based in Manchester, N.H.
