Pioneer Joins HDBaseT Alliance to Broaden Connectivity Options in Home Theater Products


LAS VEGAS --(Business Wire)--

Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. (Booth #1101) and the HDBaseT Alliance (LVCC, South Hall 2, MP25168) today announced that Pioneer has joined the Alliance, which will allow Pioneer to incorporate HDBaseT® technology into its home consumer audio and video products. HDBaseT technology enables the delivery of uncompressed high definition video, audio, Internet, controls and power over a single cat5e/6 cable.

Pioneer Joins the HDBaseT Alliance
