Chafee's year-in-review video hails 2012 as 'a great year'Jan 03, 2013 (The Providence Journal - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Coming to your computer screen: Governor Chafee in his latest YouTube video. The 5-minute "year-in-review" video features key members of Chafee's cabinet -- including Administration Director Richard Licht, Education Commissioner Deborah Gist, and State Labor Director Charles Fogarty -- among others. Chafee spokeswoman Christine Hunsinger says the video was filmed by Chafee aide James Alvarez on state time, "as press releases are written on state time and newsletters are written...on state time."
