BRIEF: Val Smith ice sheet open in SartellSARTELL, Jan 02, 2013 (St. Cloud Times - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Another ice rink has opened for the season. The Val Smith Park outdoor ice arena is now open. The park is along County Road 29. The outdoor rink at Bernick's Ice Arena opened last week.
