Fastenal has the Highest PEG Ratio in the Trading Companies & Distributors Industry (FAST, BOX, WSO, GWW, GMT)

Dec 31, 2012 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Below are the three companies in the Trading Companies & Distributors industry with the highest price to earnings to growth (PEG) ratios. PEG is valuable in assessing the tradeoff between the price of a stock and expected growth. Generally, the lower the PEG, the better.

Fastenal ranks highest with a a PEG ratio of 1.74. SeaCube Container Leasing is next with a a PEG ratio of 1.42. Watsco ranks third highest with a a PEG ratio of 1.35.

WW Grainger follows with a a PEG ratio of 1.32, and GATX rounds out the top five with a a PEG ratio of 1.27.
