BRIEF: State Patrol seeks help to catch truckerOWATONNA, Dec 18, 2012 (Albert Lea Tribune - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The Steele County Road 45 bridge over Highway 14 near Owatonna was hit by a semi-truck hauling equipment on Friday. Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding the trucker responsible. The bridge sustained some cosmetic damage. MnDOT crews have sealed up the exposed cables for the winter, and will come back in the spring to finish the repair work. The semi driver left the scene of the crash.
