Lithium Technologies Appoints Software Industry Veteran Mark Culhane as New Chief Financial Officer
EMERYVILLE, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Technologies, the leader in Social Customer Experience, today
announced that it has named Mark Culhane as its new Chief Financial
Officer. With more than three decades experience as an industry
financial leader, Culhane further solidifies the company's executive
team as Lithium continues to enjoy strong growth on increasing demand
for its cloud-based platform.
Most recently, Culhane served as Executive Vice President and CFO of
DemandTec, a publicly traded cloud-based data and analytics company,
prior to negotiating and leading its sale to IBM (News - Alert) at a significant
premium to the public market price at the time. During his career,
Culhane has served as CFO of three public companies where he led and
managed numerous financings and drove multiple strategic acquisitions.

software company, and held the CFO role at publicly traded SciClone
Pharmaceuticals. He began his career at PriceWaterhouse where he spent
10 years working with numerous technology companies in Silicon Valley.
