Deloitte Names InsideSales.com to Technology Fast 500 List

Nov 19, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- InsideSales.com, a sales automation and analytics platform for inside sales professionals, announced it ranked 347 on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.

In a release, the Company noted that from 2007 to 2011, InsideSales.com grew 219 percent.

"We are very excited to be among those recognized by Deloitte," said David Elkington, CEO and founder of InsideSales.com. "Until Q4 2011, our company grew completely organically without outside funding to become the industry leader within the inside sales space. Since we have recently taken funding from Hummer Winblad and Josh James, our growth has increased even more and we look forward to building the next Utah-based billion-dollar business." Eric Openshaw, vice chairman, Deloitte and U.S. technology, media and telecommunications leader, congratulated the companies who have received the award and said those mentioned have outpaced their competition and are reinventing business.

"The companies on the Fast 500 list are among those that have demonstrated remarkable innovation, creativity and business savvy," said Bill Ribaudo, partner, Deloitte and Touche. "As a result, these companies have continued to successfully forge ahead in a challenging economic environment. We applaud the leadership and employees of InsideSales.com for this impressive accomplishment." In order to be eligible for Technology Fast 500 recognition, companies must own proprietary intellectual property or technology that is sold to customers in products that contribute to a majority of the company's operating revenues. Companies must have base-year operating revenues of at least $50,000, and current-year operating revenues of at least $5 million. Companies must be in business for a minimum of five years, and be headquartered within North America.
